Directions from Little Rock, AR

Exit Airport onto Interstate 440 E. Merge on Interstate 40 E to Memphis. Stay on Interstate 40 E for approximately 60 miles. At Brinkley, take exit 216. Turn right on the off-ramp. This is Highway 49 South / 70 East. Follow it through the town of Brinkley. Just outside the town Highway 49 south turns left. Follow Highway 49 South for approximately 50 miles until you reach West Helena. At the first signal light in West Helena, turn right onto Highway 49 Bypass.

On the bypass you will encounter two additional lights. Please proceed through the first light. At the second signal light will be the intersection of Highway 242 and 49. Turn right onto Highway 242. Follow Highway 242 for approximately 1 mile until you cross over the railroad track. About 100 yards past the railroad track will be a left hand turn or Phillips Road 311. Turn left on this road and follow it to the 4-way stop sign. BPS Unit 1 and Unit 2 will be directly in front of this intersection. Our offices are located on the second floor of BPS Unit 2 so please continue through the stop sign until you reach the parking lot in front of Unit 2.
