Vertical Form Fill Seal

BPS has 15 vertical form fill seal units and four tablet presses and associated blending equipment. Most of the vertical machines can run standard or water soluble films. Several of the units are designed to run multiple lane four-sided seal packages targeted at unit dose and consumer markets.

Approximately 75% of BPS's business involves placing agricultural products into water soluble packages made from Poly Vinyl Alcohol film. BPS produces PVA packages this way for many major agricultural chemical companies.  

The remainder of the material BPS packages is an assortment of industrial chemicals, soaps, tablets, water treatment compounds, dyes, home and garden products, holding tank deodorants and live bacterial cultures. These products are placed into a broad assortment of water soluble and other types of flexible packaging films.
