Allen’s career at BPS began in 1973 when he started working for the company at just 15 years old alongside his father, John Bartlo, and uncle, Tom Bartlo, the founders of the business. Under their guidance, he learned the technical and leadership skills that would shape his career. Tom taught him electrical systems and wiring, while John instilled the values of leadership, responsibility, and hard work.

Over the years, Allen has worked in nearly every area of the company, including Packer, Machine Operator, Forklift Driver, Electrician, and Plant Engineer. In 1991, he became President of BPS and has continued leading the company’s growth while maintaining its commitment to quality, service, and family values.

Outside of work, Allen enjoys instructing High Performance Driving Education (HPDE) programs, spending time with his children, and taking walks with his dog, Ralph.

Monika has been a dedicated member of the BPS team for more than 30 years. She began her career in the office and advanced to management within six months, establishing herself as a dependable leader and trusted resource for both employees and customers.

Known throughout the company as the “fixer” and “chaos coordinator,” Monika excels at listening, problem-solving, and taking charge when challenges arise. Her commitment to helping others and keeping operations running smoothly has made her an invaluable part of the BPS team. A lifelong hard worker, she has been employed since the age of 12 and has also served her community through the Junior Auxiliary, holding every officer position within the organization.

Outside of work, Monika enjoys spending time with her dogs, Lulu and Jay, and making memories with her granddaughter. She is also a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Steven has been a valued member of BPS for 29 years. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for his ability to keep equipment running efficiently and solve complex maintenance challenges.

He began his journey at BPS as a Forklift Driver and steadily advanced through several roles, including Machine Operator, Lead Operator, Night Supervisor, and ultimately Maintenance Manager. His extensive operational knowledge and hands-on experience make him a critical part of the company’s success.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys camping, swimming, and fishing.

Liz Luscher holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Ph.D. in Plant Biology. As Technical Manager at BPS Inc., she oversees the company’s laboratory, quality assurance, and safety programs, helping to ensure that BPS maintains the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys hiking and traveling, always looking for opportunities to explore new places and experience the outdoors.

Petey joined BPS in April 2002 and has spent more than two decades building extensive experience across multiple areas of the company. He began his career on the production floor, working as a Dumper, Packer, Machine Operator, and assisting in the blending department before transitioning into office operations.

After serving as Inventory Clerk, Petey moved into Shipping and Receiving, eventually becoming Shipping Manager and earning Hazmat certification. In 2021, he transitioned into the role of Customer Representative, where he continues to support customers and build strong relationships. Petey enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping both customers and coworkers whenever needed.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and their dog, Palomo, especially to the New York tri-state area. He also enjoys attending church and spending as much time with family as possible.

Meghan has been a valued member of BPS for nine years and has consistently demonstrated dedication, reliability, and a commitment to excellence. She holds a degree in Elementary Education and brings strong leadership and organizational skills to her role.

Her career at BPS began as a Machine Operator, where she spent six years learning the skills necessary to excel. She later transitioned into Quality Control before advancing to Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality Officer in 2024. In this role, she helps ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and the highest quality standards across the organization.

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her two children and her dog, Oreo. She also loves traveling, shopping, and exploring new experiences with family and friends.

Although Annie officially joined BPS in recent years, she has been connected to the company her entire life, growing up alongside the family business and regularly visiting the office with her father and grandfather.

Annie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Writing from Hampshire College. Before joining BPS, she spent five years in the dental industry, serving as a Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, and Lead Administrator. Her background in communication, customer service, and operations supports her role as Sales Specialist, where she focuses on new partnership opportunities and business development.

Outside of work, Annie enjoys gardening, reading, and hiking.

Cindy has been a valued member of BPS for more than 32 years. She began her career as a Packer before advancing to Machine Operator and later spent many years in Quality Control, where she helped maintain product standards and customer satisfaction.

Today, Cindy serves as Inventory Coordinator, managing inventory-related responsibilities, preparing daily production reports for customers, reviewing invoices for billing accuracy, and ensuring documentation is complete and organized. Throughout her career, she has taken pride in helping BPS operate efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her sons and their families. Her grandchildren bring her tremendous joy, and she cherishes every opportunity to be with them. She also enjoys reading whenever she can find the time.

D’Keyvias has proudly been part of the BPS family for nearly a decade. During that time, he has gained experience in multiple roles, including Packer, Machine Operator, Formulator, and Forklift Driver, developing a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and customer needs.

He attended Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas, where he studied Computer Information Systems and Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering. His educational background, combined with his hands-on experience, has strengthened his technical knowledge, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Today, as a Customer Representative, D’Keyvias continues to grow professionally while supporting customers and contributing to the success of the BPS team.

Outside of work, D’Keyvias enjoys playing guitar, gaming, building custom PCs, working on cars, and drag racing.

Michael joined BPS in 2014 and has served in customer service and sales throughout his tenure with the company. His commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and strong communication skills have made him a trusted resource for both customers and colleagues.

He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Michael’s experience with inventory management, receiving, shipping, and customer service allows him to effectively support customer needs while helping ensure smooth operations.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, their children, and grandson. He also enjoys traveling and occasionally riding a skateboard. Alongside his professional career, Michael and his wife serve as lead pastors of Faith Outreach Church in West Helena, Arkansas, where they are passionate about serving their church family and community.

Hannah Bernard has been a valued member of the BPS Inc. team for the past three years. She began her career with the company as a Packer before advancing to Quality Control. She now serves as the Shipping and Receiving Specialist, as well as a Customer Service Representative. Throughout her time at BPS, Hannah has demonstrated a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities, making her a versatile and dependable member of the team.

Known for her dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service, Hannah takes pride in supporting both her customers and her coworkers. Outside of work, she is a proud parent of four children and enjoys spending her free time making memories with her family.

Becca earned her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Phillips Community College and holds both IATA and DOT/HAZMAT certifications. She has been a valued member of the BPS Inc. team for 10 years, supporting a variety of administrative and operational functions. Known for her versatility and willingness to help wherever needed, Becca plays an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time with her two fur babies and making memories with her granddaughters.

Connie Welton earned her Associate of Applied Science degree and serves as a Lab Technician at BPS Inc. In her role, she helps support the company’s quality and laboratory operations, contributing to the high standards and attention to detail that customers expect from BPS.

Outside of work, Connie enjoys expanding her knowledge through online courses, reading, exercising, and spending time outdoors. She values lifelong learning and enjoys finding new ways to grow both personally and professionally.
